Director of Communications and Digital MediaThe Communications and Digital Media Committee manages the party’s online presence, including the website and social media accounts. They handle press releases and mass emails and create graphic designs for digital and print materials to promote the party’s message and events.

Director of the Community Outreach “Tusk Force”The Tusk Force is the volunteer team representing the party at community events across Wells County. They build connections, share conservative values, and support the community by serving as the face of the party.

Director of Community RelationsThe Community Relations Committee sends notes of sympathy, congratulations, and support to community members on behalf of the party, fostering goodwill and meaningful connections.

Director of Educational OutreachThe Educational Outreach Committee focuses on hosting events and programs to inform and engage our community. We aim to promote conservative values, share important information, and provide resources that empower individuals to make a difference locally and beyond.

Republican Member, Wells County Election BoardUnder Indiana Code § 3-6-5-5, the Republican County Chairman nominates an individual to serve as the party’s representative on the Wells County Election Board. For more information on the Election Board, click here.

Director of Election SupportThe Election Support Committee recruits and coordinates Republican poll workers for primary and general elections. The committee ensures that each polling site is staffed with trained Republican poll workers to maintain smooth operations and uphold the integrity of the voting process.

Director of Headquarters OperationsThe Headquarters Operations Committee is responsible for keeping the Republican headquarters clean, organized, and in top condition for all activities and events. Women’s Group members volunteer on a rotating basis.

Director of ParadesThe Parades Committee handles parade registrations, coordinates with campaigns, and recruits volunteers to represent the party in Wells County parades.

Director of Special EventsThe Special Events Committee plans and manages all major events for the Wells County Republicans, including the Lincoln Day Dinner and the Reagan Rally, among other events.
Lincoln Day Dinner
The party’s annual Lincoln Day Dinner is held each spring, celebrating the legacy of Abraham Lincoln and the values he championed. The prestigious Abe Legacy Award is presented to a deserving individual or couple during this event. For more information about this award, click here.Reagan Rally
The Reagan Rally is the party’s annual fall fundraiser, named in honor of Ronald Reagan’s enduring legacy. This event brings together supporters to celebrate conservative values and raise funds for the party.
